The National Scout Jamboree will be held at theSummit Scout Reservation, in West Virginia.

Registration is now open!This link takes you to a page on the Denver Area Council's website that has both information and a link to the site for The Summit.  When you get to The Summit website, you need to click "Get Started." You will need your BSA identification number and a photo of yourself (your scout) that you can upload during the registration process. The Jamboree Troop will begin meeting in April.

The National Scout Jamboree will include a pre-tour as it has before. The destinations included in the pre-tour are picked by the Jamboree Scouts. In 2010 scouts visited Washington DC, including the Capitol Building and Arlington National Cemetery, as well as Philadelphia where scouts stayed on the Battleship New Jersey and visited Independence Hall.

Just ask a scout that went to the 2010 National Scout Jamboree. You will hear about a lifetime scouting experience, filled with fun and new experiences.
