Hello, and Welcome to the Troop 28 Website!
Troop 28 is sponsored by St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rice Lake, WI.
We are entering our 80th year of offering the scouting experience to youth in the Rice Lake area.
Our Scoutmaster is Mr. Todd Pederson. He is supported by several Assistant Scoutmasters, as well as a functioning Troop Committee.
We are proudly a boy led troop that meets regularly; usually every other Sunday evening, in the St. Joseph Church Hall.
We have 26 scouts in three patrols.
Our annual plan generally involves 6 or more camp outings, many day outings and activities, lots and lots of community service, and on opportunity for out older scouts to participate in a high adventure experience.
